I develop engaging and rewarding learning and development programmes to maximise individuals potential and reach organisational goals.
Working within education and business, I have a solid understanding of pedagogy, best practice teaching techniques and have experience balancing business priorities. Within education I have experience designing pedagogical programmes to meet awarding bodies standards and protocols. Within business I have experience designing exciting programmes to meet business needs.
I have an outstanding teaching record and have achieved QTLS alongside a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). These compliment my Business education, a Masters in Business & Management (MSc), Post Graduate Certificate in Business (PGCert) and BA (Hons) in Business Management. I also completed a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development to emphasise synergies.
